今日の全校礼拝は、学院長（理事長）のシスターマージョよりお話しがありました。5月は聖母月ということもあり、私たちの学校の母である、マリア様と聖マリ・ウージェニーのお話をしていただきました。
5/6（金）全校礼拝での（学院長・理事長）シスターマージョのお話【全文は以下の通り】
皆さん、おはようございます！今日は皆さんとお話しすることができてとてもうれしいです。カトリック教会では、5月は聖母マリア様に捧げる美しい月です。マリア様とマザー・マリー・ウージェニーはともに私たちの学校の「マザー」つまりお母様ですね！私の国フィリピンでは、5月の毎日曜日に聖母マリア様にお花をお供えし、愛と敬愛を示します。今朝、私たちは聖母マリア様の物語に耳を傾けました。しっかり聞いてくださったら、マリア様が「誰か」からメッセージを受け取ったことがわかりますよね。それはとても特別なメッセージで、簡単には理解できないものでした。でもそのメッセージは「良い知らせ」だったのです！ここでは、そのメッセージの中身についての説明はしませんが、今私たちが聞いたお話の中で、マリア様の元を訪れた「メッセンジャー」、つまり使者、使いについて、ご紹介したいと思います。このメッセンジャーは天使でした。天使は使者ですが、ただの使者ではありません。天使は良い知らせを告げるのです！ですから今日、私は皆さん全員がお互いの天使に、つまり「良い知らせ」のメッセンジャーとなっていただきたく思います。毎朝、目が覚めたら「良い知らせ」を探し、それを他の人と分かち合ってください。1人が1つの「良い知らせ」を分かち合えば、みんなで何百もの「良い知らせ」を受けることができます。ここアサンプション国際には100人以上もの天使がいることになります。お互いに、そして世界に対して、「良い知らせ」のメッセンジャーになりましょう。アサンプション国際を世界のための天使の学校にしていきましょう。
PRIMARY SCHOOL MORNING ASSEMBLY – 6 May 2022
Good morning, everyone! I am very happy to have this chance to be with you today! In the Catholic Church, May is a beautiful month dedicated to our Mother Mary who is the “mother” of our school, together with Mother Marie Eugenie!
In my country, the Philippines, flowers are offered to Mother Mary every Saturday in the month of May to show our love and affection for her.
This morning, we listened to a story about Mother Mary. If we listened carefully, you would have understood that Mother Mary received a message from SOMEONE. The message was quite special and not easy to understand. But the message was “good news”! I will not try to explain the message but I would like to introduce the MESSENGER that visited Mother Mary in the story that we just listened to. This messenger was an ANGEL. An angel is a messenger, and not just an ordinary messenger, but a messenger of good news!
So, today, I would like to invite all of you to be an “angel” to one another ~ a messenger of “good news”. Everyday, when you wake up in the morning, look for one “good news” and share this with others. If each one shares one (1) good news each day, we will have hundreds of good news each day. And we will be more than a hundred angels here at Assumption Kokusai. Let us be messengers of GOOD NEWS for one another and for the world.
Let us make ASSUMPTION KOKUSAI ~ a school of ANGELS – a school of “good news messengers” for our world.
